will be critical. Equally as critical in our view is the
quality of this development.
The foot print of Greater West Houston's growth will expand by
100% by mid-century. We must ensure this growth is quality
growth.

Attributes and standards that make these communities special
form the backbone of the Quality Planned CommunitiesTM effort by
the West Houston Association.
We see this effort
being a vehicle to encourage smaller developments in Greater
West Houston to see the benefits that enhanced development
standards can bring their projects.
