Planned DevelopmentTM (QPD)
program, a designation for residential and commercial developments
within Greater
West Houston that have distinguished themselves by virtue of
their commitment to quality living experiences and working
environments.
Promoting Enhanced Development Standards in
Greater West Houston
Many residential and commercial
developments in Greater West Houston provide unparalleled quality
and value. The QPD
program is designed to spotlight those successes and encourage
adoption of core standards by a broader range of products.
Key Elements of Quality Planned Developments
Homeowner and commercial owners associations,
restrictive covenants, landscaped buffers, fencing, detention,
screening, lighting, signage are all a part of these elements.
