The following developments in
Greater West Houston have received the Quality Planned Development
certification that they have been designed to adhere to the
comprehensive set of
standards
promulgated by the West Houston Association to ensure high quality
of living and working environments.

Bridgeland, an
11,400-acre community owned by the Howard Hughes Corporation
and managed by The Woodlands Development Company. Opened in
2006, Bridgeland devotes 3,000 acres to open space and
includes a strong retail component — including a 900-acre Town
Center along the Grand Parkway — in its master plan. It is
ranked among the nation’s 20 top-selling communities.

Cinco
Ranch, ranked No. 4 on the list of the nation’s top-selling
communities. The 8,000-acre
development began sales in 1991 and is when complete will have
approximately 15,100 homes, with approximately 13,000 homes
now occupied. Known for its Katy schools and an extensive
array of amenities, Cinco Ranch is a project of Newland
Communities.

CITYCENTRE, a 37-acre mixed-use development that debuted in
2009 on land formerly occupied by Town & Country Mall.
Developed by Midway
Companies, CITYCENTRE was selected as an Urban Land Institute
Houston Development of Distinction in 2012 for its design and
positive impact on the surrounding area. It includes 1.8
million square feet of retail, entertainment and Class-A
office space, as well as residential, convention facilities
and a hotel.

Cross
Creek Ranch, a project of The Johnson Development Corp. that
broke ground in 2006. The
3,200-acre Cross Creek Ranch was named the 2012 Master-Planned
Community of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders
Association (GHBA). A defining feature of the community is the
150-acre Flewellen Creek Park, which traverses the property.

Cypress
Creek Lakes, a 1,600-acre project of Mischer Development that
opened in 2004. Planned for
approximately 2,100 homes, Cypress Creek Lakes recently
started development of its final phase.

The
Vintage, a 630-acre project of V&W Partners, a collaboration
of Kickerillo Companies and Mischer Investments.
Started in 2004, The Vintage is home to St. Luke’s Hospital,
Kelsey Seybold Clinic, Reliant Rehabilitation Hospital, H-E-B,
element Hotel by Westin, the Vintage Park lifestyle shopping
center and multi-family and single-family residential.

Wyndehaven
Lake Estates, a 38.5-acre community that is the smallest
project to be designated a Quality Planned Development.
A project of Terra Visions, LLC, Wyndehaven is an enclave of
79 homes and was named 2012 Community of the Year by the GHBA. |
