Chronicle Recognizes Elyson’s Amenities and Awards

Elyson is a master planned community located in Katy off the Grand Parkway between I-10 and U.S. 290. At the heart of Quality Planned Developments are prescribed design and amenity qualities commonly found in superior master-planned communities, commercial centers and mixed-use developments. These quality standards blend seamlessly into the fabric of a development, creating a place where people want to live, want to work and want to play. Last year, WHA’s Quality Planned Development Committee recognized Elyson as a QPD master planned community rounding out the new properties awards to three for the year.
