The WHA Board of Directors unanimously voted to approve Black & Veatch and Fugro USA Land, LLC as new members at the May 22nd meeting.

Black & Veatch is a leading engineering, consulting and construction company. Founded in 1915, Black & Veatch has grown into a company with 10,000 employees in over 100 offices worldwide. The company aims to tackle the needs of the community by creating the Center of Excellence based in their Houston office. The Center of Excellence focuses on helping clients deliver sustainable, cost-effective tunneled solutions to protect against damaging rain events.

Fugro USA Land, Inc. is the world’s leading provider of geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions for large constructions, infrastructure and natural resources. Their work equips their clients to manage risks and save costs through improved project reliability for 56 years. They are currently using the Building on Strength strategy which will be even more cost efficient and create growth in non-oil and gas markets.
