The West Houston Association’s 25th Annual Golf Tournament was celebrated October 2nd, 2018. Meadowbrook Farms Golf Course was kind enough to host WHA for the afternoon and leaders from various member companies came out for 18-holes of fun and good conversation.
The day started with lunch sponsored by Parkside Capital followed by a putting contest. The winner with the least amount of putts was EHRA’s, Andy Palermo, who is an active member on our Flood Control & Drainage Committee.
After 18-holes and a little rain everyone gathered back in to the dining hall, sponsored by Newland Communities, for the awards ceremony with moderator, Heath Melton of Howard Hughes Corporation.
The awards ceremony also included a silent action and raffle that took place after the golf trophies were awarded. The prizes ranged from an Astros gift package that included a signed Yuli Gurriel ball to various fine wine & charcuterie baskets.
