Upcoming The Katy Educational Village

The Katy Educational Village brings education, workforce opportunity, and community life together in a walkable, mixed-use learning district anchored by Houston City College Katy and the University of Houston Katy. The vision is to create a connected environment where residents can explore careers, earn credentials and degrees, build skills, and move into employment without leaving the community, while businesses can connect directly with talent, research, and workforce development.

As Greater West Houston continues to grow, developing the talent needed to support that growth will be increasingly important. The forum will explore how the Katy Educational Village could strengthen the connection between education and careers, expand access to opportunity, and demonstrate how communities can invest in talent and workforce mobility close to home.
