Jones Carter Explains Zero Net Fill

Jones|Carter Inc., one of our valued Quality Growth Partners, did a great job putting together a video that shows a condensed explanation of what the new Chapter 19 Regulations mean for those in the 100- and 500- year floodplain.  This video puts in to perspective what the criteria changes for the City of Houston will do for the average home owner’s flood protection, how it effects builders and what zero net fill really means.  The visuals are simple, easy to follow, and kid friendly so even your little one can find comfort in knowing how this will effect their next home during the upcoming hurricane season. Click below to watch and  be sure to visit their web page for more information.
